BUYERS MARKET?
Posted by under For Buyers, For Sellers, For Realty Professionals, General Information
Experts say we are in a “buyers market”. Well, I’m here to tell you that we are WAY past the traditional buyers market. Foreclosures all time high, home value all time low, and overall homes on the market at records. What does all this mean? INVESTORS MARKET ! As of 04.29.2008, I’m officially calling this market an Investors market. Wait!!!! Good News !!!!! Don’t just sit back and let the current flock of investors have all the joy. Become an investor! Good condition homes listed for under $100,000. Fair condition homes listed for under $70,000. Any one can become an investor. With a good handy man and some new paint, you’re in the market. Hold on to it, Rent it out and let someone pay your mortgage on it. When market conditions improve, you can sell it for a profit or take the equity out of it and purchase another rental. Anyone can do it. Yes even you !!!

Dear Kenneth Your post is so to the point. I am from Tampaby Florida and we have some unbelievable deals comming up every day !!! Anne Hensel, Broker June 19, 2008 at 9:47 pm
Dear Kenneth I agree that you have hit the hammer on the nail with you revelation of it being a investors market. But how do you juggle directing your clients who want to make money investing in rental properties but just don't seem to every have the money to fix up their investment. Which causes them to attract weak tenants, with bad payment history. Do you feel that a property manager is essential in assuring that the homeowner makes a profit? My experience, I have seen so many novice investors walk away from their dream with investing due to going in hole or helping friends and or family members. Thanks for you blog and forward to hearing from you. Tracy. July 10, 2008 at 2:55 pm
Thanks for your comments. Dear Tracy, you might want to tell your investor to only invest when they have enough capital otherwise, the home is going to end up back on the forclosure list. Hiring a property management firm will only increase their cost. With every business adventure comes a load of risks. Have your clients to properly prepare themselves financially before trying to invest. Thank you, Ken July 14, 2008 at 2:48 pm
